I can't see the studio doing Ravage as a tape cassetticon, and since mass shifting is out, what would his alt mode be? Would he even have an alt mode, or would his panther form be the alt, and his robot form is similar to that of the ravage from Beast Wars? Or will he just not have an Alt and be the new equivalent to Scorponok?

Also you know who would be really awesome and Ginormous in the sequel....

Yeah, he'd be an equivalent to Scorponok. I think Ravage should still be a panther. And his alt mode would be, like, a weapon attachment to whatever Soundwave's alt mode is gonna be. Kinda like a Targetmaster. He transforms into his panther mode when Soundwave transforms into his robot mode.

But all in all, I believe Ravage wouldn't have the same level of creepiness from that of Scorponok. Haha, imagine the thought of Ravage coming out of the sand and dragging soldiers down...

Could be like Frenzy in the movie; turns into Soundwave's radio or something. Of course, that depends on if the writers can make Soundwave work for the next movie.

I saw a soundwave fan-made concept before. The alt mode was a Mk6 Balkan, and Ravage's alt mode was the spare tire mounted on the side. It was noted that the wheel could detach and ravage could transform while the vehicle was moving.

I think this would be perfect. I really like the idea of soundwave being a street vehicle equiped for communications. The decepticons need more car characters anyways.

How about a motorcycle? Complete with generic dressed-all-in-black "can't see my face 'cause I gots my motorcycle helmet visor down" holo-disguise "driver".

Would you be scared of an 8 inch long by 2 inch tall panther that is maybe half an inch thick? Soundwave won't be a CD player in the next movie as that is what Frenzy already is. I agree with others that he'd be a communication vehicle of some sort. I like that spare tire idea.

I agree with this. Minion like scorpy with no robot mode. Just Panther mode and weapon/attachment mode. I always remember being quite scared of Ravage when i was young so he should be really nasty and built of pure evil. I guess it all depends on what Soundwave will be...personally as much as i love him i don't think Soundwave would make it into the movie unless he was something like Stealth Bomber...that would be nice and creepy!

i think soundwave would work as a black van, one of those creepy like kidnapper black vans....

as already stated that wont work. the TF movie doesnt have the mass shifting like the anime/comics so if he was a cassette he would be ity bity....and besides cassettes are so outdated already..
