it is said that in the movie, shockwave will become the leader of the decepticons while megatron recovers. im just wondering how starscream feels about this. he has always been trying to lead the decepticons to victory. if he isnt afraid to defy megatron, whose to say he wont go after shockwave to rule as decepticon leader in dotm?

If he would go after Shockwave, he'd probably be dead within few minutes.

Yes TYPICALLY Starscream wants to lead the decipticons. But usually he has Megatron in the way (aside from the Prime show airing now) and in the Bay-verse movies starscream has not really taken any shots at leadership although he had it after megatron died in the first movie. Now we don't know if it was starscream or soundwave who came up with plan to revive megatron with the cube splinter. Logic would say it was soundwave and not starscream as starscream would want megatron to stay dead and soundwave's loyalty would want to revive him. So since there has not been a whole lot of the usual starscream plots to overthrow megatron I dont think starscream will try to get rid of shockwave. Besidesw starscream has been made into a bitch(prime cut his arm off in the second movie and slapped him with it lol) in these movies. Shockwave would just have to look at him and he would die.

Where did you hear THIS nonsense? It makes sense that Shockwave would become leader (COMIX!!) but um I just have my doubts he will be leader, just more vicious, but whatever...
