Who should be the "big bad" for #2 and #3?

Those of you familiar with the Buffyverse know the term "big bad" well, it's the main villian at the end of each season.
Clearly Megatron's the big bad of the first film, not even showing up until the end of the movie.
Tom DeSanto said he's got an idea of how to introduce the Constructicons in the sequel, I definitely think Devastator would make an excellent big bad. I don't think they should have hom combine until near the end of the fil. Imagine all of the Autobots trying to figure out a way to defeat him.
Who would make a good big bad for the third installment (provided there is one)? Maybe Galvatron? Unicron?

#2: devs and soundwave come to earth looking for megs and revive him in the last scene
#3: megs is wreaking havoc and unicron comes into the picture

Agreed. I'd like to see SS be the main bad guy in a film. But I think they would have to revive Megatron sometime so maybe he would be big bad in #3 along with Soundwave and Shockwave.

2: Razorclaw, the G1 version. Personally, I'd prefer the Predacons over the Constructicons for the Dinobots' rivals. I know Dinobots vs. Devastator is a classic, but still...
3: Galvatron. Unicron needs a rest.
