Who is going to play Sparkplug and Chip in the movie?

Sparkplug will be Sam's dad, though I am not sure if he will be called Sparkplug. No Chip in this movie.

That was kinda funny, I think Chip was the focal point in that clip. Although, I feel the other Dr Smoov videos were funnier
