We just received this new Transformers DOTM IMAX 3D poster from Paramount along with word that tickets are now available for pre-sale at and .

I've seen the first bus-posters and newspaper spreads for Dark of the Moon today!

Only one issue; the posters have the 'IMAX 3D' label on them...I should sue our city for false advertising because my city has the only IMAX cinema in Yorkshire and there is nothing about Dark of the Moon! Yeah, it's pushing Harry Pothead to hell and back, but there is absolutely nothing about TF3!

You get value for money when it comes to IMAX 3D...Better than the extra charge at the regular cinema! As we all know, DOTM was MADE for 3D! No brainer!

Tomorrow, I'm going to find out what the deal is in person...Until then, I can't say it looks good!

I just got my tickets from fandango for $2.50 (connivence fee). I did their offer where I signed up for a free trial. It was quick and easy. Only way I could afford a ticket right now =p just make sure you do an offer you know you can follow-through with or cancel (I picked one that I might keep but will probably cancel and it didnt charge my card). Anyways, hope this movie doesn't sell out on anyone wanting to see it opening night!

Tickets went online in Australia about three weeks ago. Not exactly breaking news here.

I'm getting a little worried since my IMAX theater AMC Lincoln Square 13 w/ IMAX has nothing on its listings for DOTM IMAX...

Blatant ignorance, that's what it seems like...

I went into the Media Museum (where my IMAX is contained) today and the assistant was baffled as well and said she'd 'have a word' about it...

(And guess what...They're having a Harry Pothead week to celebrate their last film! Yaaaaaay...STOP; that release date is LATER than DOTM *extremely very unimpressed and downhearted*)

A bit of a Good News, Bad News situation for me...

Good News:

According to SuperheroHype, Paramount will be showing DOTM IMAX early starting on June 28 @ 9pm and that those tickets are on sale now...

Bad News:

IMAX.com has revised their list of theaters showing DOTM IMAX, and my usual place (AMC Lincoln Square 13 w/ IMAX [i.e. the ONLY REAL IMAX screen outside of a museum in the city...]) won't be the ones showing it in NYC.

Oh, Primus, give me stregnth... Now, I'm hearing that my theater WILL be getting DOTM IMAX. Fandango now has a 12:01a showing priced @ $20 (typical NYC IMAX pricing...) and I'm left confused.
