Decepticons:

Megatron-I liked him, good job Hugo Weaving.Looking forward to the darker/injured Megatron

Starscream-Not a fan of the Dorito shape,Guess I can live with him characterwise.Hopefully he does something very treacherous in the film.

Soundwave-My alltime fave very disappointed with his screen time thus far, dont like the Dr Claw voice. Overall just glad Bay included him very excited about his new alt mode.

Shockwave-Looks amazing+super badass. Obviously looking forward to him.

Ravage-thought they did a good job with him,Soundwave shot him out.

Devastator-ok I lied he might be my alltime favorite, but I hated what they did to him an ape wtf!!

Lazerbeak-looks cool enough, always liked the tape concept but I can see why the scrapped that. He should be worth some screen time.

Brawl-tanks are always good, killed him off too quickly

Decepticons I wish were included in any or all 3 films:
Sky Warp,Thundercracker,Blitzwing,Astrotrain,Galvatron,Cyclonus,Rumble

Still voiced by Weaving? I thought maybe since he's so beat up his voice might have changed and finally Frank Welker got to voice him...

So far, I am very disappointed in Bayverse Megatron. His awkening in the first film is my favorite scene from that movie, but it was wasted. He did kick the crap out of Prime, but he was on screen for too short a time. In RotF I believe he was wasted as well, treated like a little bitch by both The Fallen and Optimus. Hopefully he gets redeemed in DotM somewhat.

Starscream-Not a fan of the Dorito shape,Guess I can live with him characterwise.Hopefully he does something very treacherous in the film.

Worst design in Bayverse. Even worse than Devastator. And after Jetfire, the second worst waste of a character.

Soundwave-My alltime fave very disappointed with his screen time thus far, dont like the Dr Claw voice. Overall just glad Bay included him very excited about his new alt mode.

I hoped he'd be in the first film, but at least he made it into the second film a little, and was voiced by Frank Welker. Hopefully he'll have a lot to do in DotM, and his Mercedes alt. mode looks cool.

Shockwave-Looks amazing+super badass. Obviously looking forward to him.

Yeah, also a movie too late. But at least he's in there. Even if it'll be just for 10-15 minutes to become cannon fodder.

Ravage-thought they did a good job with him, Soundwave shot him out.

Yes, I was impressed with Ravage as well. Awesome death scene.

Devastator-ok I lied he might be my alltime favorite, but I hated what they did to him an ape wtf!!

Yes, another waste of an iconic character. But on the plus side, he was made of construction vehicles, and his combination scene was pretty cool.

Lazerbeak-looks cool enough, always liked the tape concept but I can see why the scrapped that. He should be worth some screen time.

Just saw the toy at Walmart. Hopefully they can pull it off. According to the book, he gets a lot of screen time.

Brawl-tanks are always good, killed him off too quickly

Yeah, and called him "Devastator"

I'll take Blitzwing, Cracker and Skywarp on that list. I'd like to add Tidal Wave (air craft carrier).

And I really wish we got the comics version of Scorponok instead of the Beast Wars version...

I'm willing to bet he gets more than just cannon fodder screen time. Shockwave has always struck me as having a deeper plot line to any story.

I hope so too. I was hopeing Payload in ROTF would have gotten more. He looked like a badazz but was mostly cannon fodder. I get it, Soundwave has always been a main character though.

Technically Galvatron is the revived Megatron... his appearance would have been impossible. But I do agree with Thundercracker and Skywarp, it would have been nice if Starscream had some buddys helping him out.

Disagree heavily regarding the revived Megatron being Galvatron. Hopefully the new "COL Kurtz" Megatron will be as insane as Galvatron.

Normally I'd never pass up the chance to see Skywarp appear in Transformers media, but I'm honestly glad he stayed out of the main movies. That said, I love his movie persona as portrayed by the toys and comics. It paints him in a completely different light than he has been before. I for one would never have thought to cast him as a loner scientist, and I think it's a great departure from the norm to give him a new role. Had he appeared in the main movies however, I can't imagine he would have been given much to do other than get unceremoniously wiped out of existence.

Well this is a totaly different universe than G1 and the other shows. I don't see why Galvatron can't be a seperate entity from Megatron in the movie 'verse. Personally I think it'd be cool if Galvatron was introduced in another movie and he and Megatron where involved in a power struggle for the leadership of the Decepticons.

Hell you could even introduce Cyclonus and Scourge into the mix. 8)

Yeah, if he were done right, he'd be all over the place, but after reading the novel, I'm not holding out...though they could have changed the script drastically from the book...
