Most iconic Optimus, Megatron, and Bumblebee

Which forms of Optimus, Megatron, and Bumblebee in the movies do you think are the most memorable? They've all gone changes in their design at some point in the trilogy, and I just want to know which designs people find the most iconic.
For me it's:
TF1 and ROTF Optimus (Even though I like DOTM's more.)
ROTF Megatron
and ROTF Bumblebee.

ROTF Optimus (Knives AND face ripping hooks! Combining with Jetfire!)
ROTF Megatron (Giant claw blaster thing is epic win)
TF1 Bumblebee (Concept Camaro looks better than the final product)

DotM Megatron (shotgun and cloak)
2007 Bumblebee (original concept Camaro)

Hey Sly, anyway, I would say the most iconic look for each character is for Optimus (Movie 1), Bumblebee (ROTF) and Megatron (ROTF).
