For the around 200 arrived, I don't believe they all gathered in Chicago. That's why Sentinel waited for them to spread across the earth to release the pillars. So, just some number games.

How many do you think in Chicago?

How many survived and escaped after Chicago battle?

How many left across the world?

This is my rough guess.

100, ~20, 100

Why? Remember there were hundreds pillars?

With their leader gone an on top of that nearly the entire command structure (starscream, soundwave, shockwave ect pp) as well I guess, the remaining cons will lay low anyway.

But my guess would be less than 100. Most likely NEST would have terminated the ones in chicago, perhaps some fled, but could not be far, so they would be found out eventually.
Some of those who where setting up the pillars in the far of regions of earth might survive.

Most of the large ships disappeared when the pillar was destroyed when bumblebee destroyed it, so maybe if they were sucked up/destroyed, the other cons that were transported to earth via space bridge were also destroyed

I don't think many survived and this is why. If you remember Brains and Wheelie did a kamikaze run into the mothership which held all those smaller ships that were flying around. Right after that the autobots broke from captivity because of the confusion.

Well, seeing as how Optimus is still on Earth, if there are ant survivors, they'll be gone very soon.
