New Starscream audio file from C0d3x (on StopSectorSeven site)

On the StopSectorSeven site, C0d3x has posted another audio file from Starscream to Sector 7. Specifically directed towards Agent Simmons (& Agent Gravesen)... I can't make out everything that was said though, and could use a little help in transcribing it...

What's with all these Starscream sound bytes? Doesn't he only have a couple lines in the whole movie? And I thought he only spoke in Cybertronian?

That voice sounds a little like the Red Queen from the nightmarish Alice game.
Doesn't that sound pretty scary to you guys? I was taken aback by the instability in his voice. Sounds like a real psycho... I love it

It's to throw the fanbase a bone. Flesh the character out where the movie doesn't. Patchwork.
