The official website for the Transformers Movie Soundtrack has been launched. Currently the site has the tracklistings for the soundtrack. Also there are clips of three of the songs. The clips are from Linkin Park's "What I've Done", Goo Goo Dolls' "Before it's too late", and Mutemath's "Transformers Theme". Spiffy site. I must say I actually really like that Linkin Park song.

But that Mutemath TF theme... Primus on a pogo stick, that so completely reeks of fail. The Deceptibot one was so much better.

Guess I'm the only one who likes Mutemath - love their album, and I think their rendition of the TF theme works alright. I care more about what's playing when Prime and Megatron battle.

Is this movie going to have any instrumental music like the original?

There supposed to release the instrumental music on another CD

Hopefully that scene will be an instrumental.

I pray this is so, because so far, this is very terrible music. But Smashing Pumpkins and Taking Back Sunday are listed as artists, so not all hope is lost.

But right now, I just want the damned Instrumental OST score.

yes the movie will be scored. instrumental like all other movies.

The site actually looks very good, the layout and implementation is excellent. Too bad the content is crap and the artist (bar the Pumpkins) is all very "meh" worthy.
