R-rated movies don't like to have toy tie-ins. Except for Terminator 2. Or Rambo.

Why would it even be considered for an "R"?

b/c the way ratings work in the MPAA is like this:
1 - the MPAA watches the movie

2 - lawyers from the movie studio tell the MPAA what the movie should be rated

3 - then the lawyers give the MPAA a bag of "popcorn" filled w/ cash

4a- if there is enough "p$pc$rn" in the bag the lawyers get the rating they want. go to step 5.

4b- if there isn't enough "p$pc$rn," the studio has to "recut" the movie (changing 1-3 seconds is more than enough). go back to step 1.

5 - move is released

If you don't believe me, look into what it took to get Scream an R rating.

I still don't think it would even be close to an "R" rating. Unless Sam yells "f*ck" a lot.
