Does Starscream have a mouth in the movie?

I didn't hear him talk but all the Transformers have a mouth anyway.

Yes Starscream has a mouth and you see it when he talks to Megatron.

It was just the way he was looking, that I couldn't tell if he was given a mouth or not.

I didn't know they all had them, its hard to tell from the designs though..
