Ive been looking at some of the things that people are saying and I'm glad that they're really positive, I admit I had my doubts for awhile(mainly regarding the designs) and right up until I was walking into the cinema but I walked out genuinely thrilled and its great to see that everyone else seems to be the same. maybe we underestimated Bay.

It's more being corrected than bandwagoning. I for one remember when I thought the movie would suck. I'm happy to admit how wrong I was!

I couldn't understand why so many people hated Michael Bay until I saw this movie. I've always defended him; I own The Rock, Armageddon, Bad Boys 1 and 2, and The Island; and I was actually pretty excited when I heard he was going to be directing Transformers. But now I can see that once you remove the glossy special effects, you are left with nothing but the most formulaic and bland filler material straight of out Charlie's Angels.
