When I bought Blackout the toy his tech specs said he was the largest of the Decepticons. Didn't look like that at all in the movie to me. Megatron was definietly the biggest, and Blackout actually didn't seem that "big" anyway.

He seemed pretty big when he was attacking the Soccent base from a distant view...

Maybe hes meant to be the biggest of the Deception soldiers, not in the leaders scale ... just my thought.

It seems to me that looks the same size than Scream? Also Bay could had chosen an Apache for the job...

I agree, Megatron definitely seemed bigger than Blackout but it was hard to tell since we didn't see them all standing together.

Yes, he was smaller than I thought, and as I noticed, Optimus was bigger than him, too.
