What about Peter Cullen? They're focusing on the other actors except for Cullen. His name isn't even on the poster for the film give some of the , no, all of the cake! Cause without him nobody would watch this!

Keep your hopes up for the Saturn Awards and maybe even the Annies for Cullen. I think it's kind of lame that he's such a big part of the movie and doesn't get a "high end" credit, but that has a lot more to do with agent politics than anything else.

I hope it doesn't win a single award. Everybody knows teens make stupid decisions.

To be honest I don't think they'll win 10 of them.. But I do think that they will a lot. In my personal (non-TF fan) opinion, the Transformers nonimees have a big chance of winning.

It is important that they were nominated for these because teens are the audience they were really aiming at with this movie...with school out, they beg their parents for money to do stuff and apparently they're using that money to go see Transformers. I actually expect the movie to be nominated for an Academy Award for special FX...it may even win it. ILM usually does get those Oscars...how does "Academy Award-winning movie Transformers" sound to everyone else?

Peter Cullen better get credit somewhere down the road, or I will feel bad. The man is amazing, and he needs a lot more recognition from the masses.

I had the feeling, when i went to see the movie on the 4th, that Bay took the original 1980's movie, changed it a bit, cut the movie in half, took Unicron out and turned it into live action+cgi.

As Megatron "dies" and gets conveniently dumped in the ocean (reference to the original G1 cartoon)+(reference to the movie when he is dumped in space with his crownies before meeting Unicron), all that's left is to wonder what'll be in the sequel... Is Optimus going to die? Will Megatron meet Unicron and be turned into Galvatron? Will Galvatron destroy Starscream as he decides to be the new leader?

Is this going to be a three-part movie aimed to tie up the first generation cartoon+movie+2nd season?

That is awesome!

However, for so many reasons it breaks my heart, why is it that no matter how good a summer movie, unless it's real gay, Oscar never looks this direction.

Realy, and not just as a fan saying this, this film had so many great qualities that it should get nominated.

But still, like so many ground breaking greats, I fear tis film will go unrecognized by the academy, which will lead us to cringe when a movie with copycat features gets awarded a year from now beacause the director has a French name, and he included gay people.

Then again, on that same note F___ The Academy, what the hell do they know about whats good!?!

My dollar will vote several times for this. And believe me, even though I am a long standing fan, if this movie sucked, my dollar would go elsewhere!
