i personally want to keep the top ten place in the team rankings, ano it doesn't mean much
but i still would like to keep it at least till hmw2

I wanted to be the top HMW player, and I basically obsessed over the game until I achieved the top spot. I don't know if that was a good thing...

And now, my whole team is in the top 500 (and hemorrhaging energon still)

I got most of the movie characters on my team after about a year of waiting and my team was in the top 100 for about a week before everybody got like 15 million but it still was cool, anyway is HMW2 coming out in a week or two because I heard it was?

Don't worry about it. My bots are stuck at L4 with nowhere to go. I have so much extra energon it is not even funny. I have no where to spend it. I think I will change my name from revengeofstarscream to BankOfIacon.

Made name for self as one of the top 5 autobot commanders, including a character that was 7-8th place in the top 10 before the Smelting Pool stuff.

My Goal is pretty simple, yet hard at the same time. I jump in to help out my fellow Autobots when they need it, watching missions, waiting. It's hard to do some times because I can't be every where at once and then it's easy when I see a friend in trouble and wrecklessly jump into a mission to help them.
It's a goal I can keep trying for everytime I'm here even though it can't always be done.

oh yeah, and I have 3 Bots that are now "real" transformers (no tech-specs at 0) Oh and my top bot is level 4 now!

Got my first bot to level 5. 1,483,569xp

Ok, can someone take a look at my team and tell me what I can do to improve their xp gains. Should I switch from ram to strafe or what?

For where you're at, ram is better than strafe. Strength and ram should be about equal, and you should be using kung fu instead of weapons. For the most part, they seem to be set pretty well. Though if you really want to try to earn more, you could always try to level down, but I don't know if you're at the level cap yet or not. Unfortunately, XP gains at that low are pretty crappy. Just keep plugging away and look for the 2-4 missions.

From where you are right now, I would focus on upping my speed and courage, and back that up with strafe. Ram and strength won't do you much good if you can't hit other players because they are too fast or act more often than you do. I'd get both speed and courage up to 4 if possible, and configure the rest from there.

While I am a fan of speed characters, the problem with getting both speed and courage up to 4 is pretty much the reason that strafe is not a good low level tactic in that it sacrifises stats that are a bit more important. He's a low 2, and might be better served going back down to a 1 for a bit, until he gets over 200k. A higher strength also means more armor, which means better protection against those who want to hit often for low damage. It's pretty straight forward. Picking up avoid would help too. Using strength then speed then courage as primary stats on ram/avoid tactics can pay off pretty quick.

Ultimately, the choice is his on what to do, all we can really do is offer him opinions on different ways to go. There really is no wrong way.

The Main Goal for IACON with Autobot support is to move all Autobots from the ARENA to the freaking MISSIONS. Get your butts outa LINE!!! and move into the WARZONE!!! SHEESH
