Well I haven't played in a while, but I've started to get back into things, and I mistakenly reset one of my team before checking the available altmodes and lost what I had on them. Does anyone know about how often the changes occur so I can figure how often to keep checking back?

Every three days the rotation changes.

That's more frequent than I'd have thought. Here's hoping that form comes back at the next rotation. Thanks for the info.

It depends on if it was a rare, common, or core. Rare should come back in about 2 weeks, everything else should be back shorter.
