A month from my original post you'd think the mods would do something about it.

Yeah some one should do something paypal isnt very helpful either on this case..

He is still about it seems. I just got a PM from him after my want to buy thread. I've asked him for proof that he has the figures before proceeding further.

Thanks to the forewarning of this thread, I was very specific and told him I needed pics either in front of the computer displaying our PM chat, or on a newspaper clearly showing a recent date, or on a piece of paper with his paypal address written on it.

I haven't heard back, and I doubt I will.
