Ok, I just found it funny that he was all alone. It reminds me of that picture where all the stunticons are chilling and offroad is sitting down far away from them in the foreground looking sad.

That's a great picture, and to make it better, look at it while playing the old Incredible Hulk lonely man music.

 I imagine him at Prom and all the other stunticons have a date and then someone comes up to him and tells him that exact line.

Jokes aside, I think the reason why Alpha Bravo doesnt get this is simply due to release date. We are just getting Offroad in Canada now and Brakeneck will be available soon, while Alpha Bravo had months to himself for trying to be part of the Aerialbots.

As I have mentioned, I am buying Menasor and the only reason I would by Break-Neck is If i want to keep Offroad on his own to fight Alpha Bravo as he and Powerglide are the only air team members I'm getting.

As it turns out, finding Combiner Wars Leader Thundercracker at specialty retail in Canada was indeed a good sign that he would soon be available to the Canadian masses. Fellow Seibertronian Shajaki just found Leader Thundercracker on Toysrus.ca for 59.99$ cdn and it is shipping now (with free shipping since he's over $49.00).

And still no sign of any wave3 figures on hasbrotoyshop.com.

Why is the official online distribution outlet for Hasbro the last to get the figures that THEY manufacture?

It's on purpose. If they don't solicit orders until after 3rd party retailers have had the opportunity to get items to the masses, those other retailers can't complain that Hasbro is selling direct online and trying to cut them out of the equation.

Can you please stop with this, it is very close to spamming. We already told you and I will say it one last time: HTS will be the LAST place to get this stuff online because Hasbro needs to first have to fulfill the orders of their buyers. Now please stop asking the same question everytime.

Nothing new aside from the fact that Wave 2 has now completely replaced wave one of combiner wars in walmart, with the exception of the the legends figures.

Found one set of Wave 2 Deluxe's and a couple Legends Huffer's today!

At Wal-Mart >:oP
Oh well. I'll find them in TRU and use my rainchecks eventually.
I even asked if they'd price-match my rainchecks. No such luck :-(

Your doing a good job Shajaki, that sweet raincheck deal will make it all the more worthwhile. And is that Huffer<s first sighting in Canada ?!

Is it? Damn I'd have taken a pic if I had realized #-o

And yeah, I'm totally with you on waiting. I'll be saving $20 by waiting for TRU! (you da man BTW)

Haha, thanks, thats very nice of you. And after further checking, while it is the first time one of us found Huffer, he has been found in BC since May 1st: http://www.cybertron.ca/boards/showthread.php?t=58932

And Thundercracker was recently found at TRU in Ontario, which is not too surprising since he started shipping from TRU.ca a few days ago.

Not trying to be negative, but unless there is any evidence to the contrary, but as later releases are making their way through Walmart and TRU, we may need to assume that the wave with Arcee and Chromia may simply not be making their way to Canadian stores. It may be that HasCan didn't offer or had enough purchase requests to make it possible for a Canadian retail run.

I'm pretty sure that IF the ladies show up, it'll be somewhere like Winners. But I heavily doubt that even.

I highly doubt that will be the case. Toysrus did not get the past 3 generations waves until at least 6 months after the states. The first time I saw windblade was when they had that half price on all generation deluxes deal. And guys, think about it, we only got Roadbuster and Skybyte about 2 months ago. This is just feeling long because we really want these but so far they are not taking longer than any previous wave since the time I started collecting.

I like your positivity, but with Wave 1 CW saturating shelves so bad that we can barely get Wave 2, I'm not as hopeful. Sadly I think we would have had them if Target didn't close up shop, that's where I found the Windblade assortment (almost the same time as the Americans).

Maybe. We have been quite lucky with Transformers that we have not seen to many skipped waves in recent years, but it can happen. The simple fact is if the store buyers haven't purchased them, we don't get them.

What may be better than just waiting would be to try reaching and confirming with TRU or Hasbro Canada if they are on their way, initial customer support won't be too much help on this one so it may take a bit of back&forth before getting an answer.

Look at the last GIJoe movie, the figures had 3 waves, but as far as TRU is concerned, the 2 wave doesn't exist for them and the third wave if they had them would have been the bare minimum (the ones I found were all at Target, if they had earlier waves my local one wasn't open at that point), But wave 1... I can still find wave 1 on some TRU shelves. Marvel Black Series may also be effected by this, as the wave with Death's Head, Drax and such I haven't seen boo of at any of the local TRU's.

Again I'm not trying to be negative, especially because I really don't want or need to find out if worst case situation, it wasn't ordered because of an outdated "Girl Robots????" mind set by some out of touch buyer(s).

But I am not comparing target or Walmart who usually get their stuff first. I am only comparing tru with tru since they are the only store that eventually got everything (Walmart never had roadbuster, to my knowledge). At my TRU, there is a seperate arrangement of pegs for combiner wars and last year's generations figures which are being treated as this year's figures (since many are). I feel TRU is dinstinguishing these two lines, and the different prices help solidify this hypothesis. Pretty much, CW is a different line and is treated as such and thus we shouldnt use it to compare something being late or not.

I will be optimistic until the very end :)
