Have searched 6 different Asdas in my vicinity for a Bruticus with no joy what so ever. :BANG_HEAD:

If you decide to give up the hunt and order them online, I got mine from geek-station and they were very reasonably priced.

TRU Cribbs/Bristol did have some wave 1 BH when I was there last - but not many. Three remaining, I think... BB, BH and Ripclaw. I nabbed the last Smokescreen (and have already cut the doors from the arms. Whoop!).

They're out of stock too! Might have to bite the bullet and get a ridiculously over-priced one from ebay.

So I took so many people's advice and popped back to TRU Leeds this morning for a Knockout for £8....came home with Voyager Predaking and deluxe BH Smokescreen for £36 combined! They also had deluxe BH Bulkhead, starscream, bumblebee, Ripclaw, Voyager OP and quite a few of the legion class figures including twinstrike and smokescreen again. £23 for the voyagers, £13 for the deluxes.

My Smokescreen was the only one on the shelves, does this mean he'd already been snaffled by other like minded TF fans? Or is he going to be an annoyingly rare figure? Also aren't most of those deluxes wave 2? What the heck happened to Wave 1?

Oh, and I have to say thank you to the wife for not killing me when I spent so much money. In fact, she was the one who said I HAD to get smokescreen and Predaking "because you will be kicking yourself if you don't"!!! Ain't love grand! :APPLAUSE:

John Lewis Reading had BH Deluxe wave 1, but TRU had wave 1 and 2 as well as cyberverse legion and commanders wave 1, so I nabbed myself a deluxe smokescreen, who incidently was the only figure they had more than one of...
I asked the lady about voyagers but she said the deluxes had only come in today and the voyagers weren't expected for another week.

In terms of sightings (in a sightings thread?!? What is the world coming to... :P ) they had some late wave dotm voyagers on clearance, as well as lots of Cyberfire Bumblebees, including some on regular Bumblebee cards, presumably a mistake. Also, TRU have removed all of their FOC deluxes, but have a healthy stock of the decepticon data disk two packs, both assortments in roughly equal measures I believe. Nothing else new to report, other than seeing as how I didn't spend as much as I expected today due to lack of Beast Hunters Voyagers, I may finally cave and buy that DOTM Wheeljack ive been longing for.

picked up BH Ratchet from the post office today. Nice. The minty ice-cream cone thing is a bit poo. It doesn't even spin all that well. If it had done, it might have been awesome enough for me not to care that it's awkward, ugly and makes less sense than a lot of things in Transformers.

Thankfully the (Dino-?)bot himself is pretty nice. I might have said this a few (hundred) times around the internet, but he's going to be a Classics Junkion medic/engineer/repairman character I'm calling Salvage. Am considering painting over the white, but the rest of the colours are damned nice. The swirly Caramac coloured main body/legs/back bits look especially junk-y, I just hope the plastic won't dissolve in 5 years. The darker red on his bumbpers and arms and roof is pretty decent too. There's no way in hell this is any sort of ambulance. Looks more like something out of Mad Max or Scrapheap Challenge. Which suits my purposes just fine.

Popped into Toys R Us on the way home too. Shouldn't have bothered. They did have a lot of PRID Voyagers. A whole lot. OP, Megs, BH, SS and Dreadwing. Didn't see Magnus or Thundertron and definitely no Skyquake, who was the only one I was really looking for. Saw a Steve, and maybe 2 other bots from his wave. Bajillions of BotShots, RPMs, Stealth Force, Other Assorted Crap too. Some MP10s left. I think some larger DOTM stuff, and a smallish hive of Cyberfire Bees. Loads of FOC Data Disks, but no deluxes. Some of the larger Prime stuff too, the Maximus thing, the Driller and that, but nowt new.

Really looking forward to the Tesco exclusive Predacons Rising toys! Would appreciate any sightings info on them as soon as possible, as well as maybe some help picking up some specifics, in case the shelves are still sodden with the first few waves of PRID by then as well.

In Morocco, there are no Transformers whatsoever.
But I am in Morocco, so there's that. :P

Quick question. Can anybody recommend either BH Voyager Prime or BH deluxe Ripclaw? My wife did some online survey and as a thank you received a £30 amazon voucher which she has given to me. As the generations voyagers are closer to £60 each I thought I'd look at the BH line instead. I really like the look of ripclaw but the only one I can find on amazon is £19.99 with free postage. Or I could get Prime for £23 and £3 postage. I really can't decide! :-?

considering Prime is a voyager, for those prices, I'd be tempted to go for him. Don't have either of them. Maybe look up some reviews online and see if you like the look of either of them? some things about Ripclaw don't sit well with me, and my initial disappointment with BH Prime has been subdued somewhat by a couple of reviews making him look fairly decent. Not what I'd call "good" by any means, but he's certainly a solid "not terrible" veering into "acceptable" territory.

Both of those figures are great. I don't own either (yet) but a friend of mine has Ripclaw and she's his new fave figure. I reeeaaally want that Optimus, it's so beefy and badass with the huge sword, jetpack and missile launchers. It's basically a Jetwing Prime for a fraction of the price. I'd say your best bet would be Optimusm as he'd be more expensive.
And you can find Riplcaws in TRU for £12.99 right now.

Thanks guys, I appreciate the help. I was starting to lean towards OP myself for many of the reasons you mentioned, although as daft as it sounds his face puts me off (although he does have the star sabre =P~ ). I do love the look of Ripclaw, especially her dragon mode, but like you say she's 12.99 in TRU so OP makes more sense! unless I got Ripclaw AND Lazerback too......Damn my indecisiveness! 8-}

In other news, ASDA Manchester has two Voyager PRiD OP and one Starscream. And a Cyberverse Ironhide. And that's it.

Booked ticket and transport to Auto Assembly! Woooo! :KREMZEEK:

Anyone want to share a twin room with me? I'd rather save a couple of squids if I can, but I'll cave for the 50pound single rooms if I can find no one soon enough.

Found a number of Wave 2 Beast Hunters deluxes and Voyager Prime and Predaking in TRU Lincoln after visiting the Uni (conveniently placed) opposite, decided to nab Smokescreen and an Iron Man 2 concept armour (blue Fusion one), very pleased with both :)
Saw 3 or 4 MP Optimus Prime's there too and I hate myself for not saving my money/having a job and being able to get one :/
Also some DOTM leaders and shelfwarmers, reduced PRIDs, Generations Soundwave minions (ridiculously priced imho), but aside from the MPs, not much else of interest

On a side note, does anybody know if any of the trailers from other Optimus Prime toys are compatible with the First Edition?

(Celebrates Va'al being able to attend AA) :KREMZEEK:

Hi,
In Norwich went to Alladins Cave Flea Market and found a load of 1980s Transformers Comics then discovered a bunch of G1 Transformers including:

Thrust Boxed 100% complete with bubble
Ratchet Boxed 100% complete with bubble

and many others, its a shame I had all the ones they had,

Nice view Cross! SWung by the Notts TRU and picked up Beast hunters Cyberverse Smokescreen and Airachnid. Passed on the cyberverse commander Prime for the moment, and they too had a selection of beast hunters deluxe wave 1

TRU Norwich has all the first wave of Beast Hunters Deluxes, Voyagers and Cyberverse.
Also some remnants of DotM stuff, and quite a few Prime Deluxe leftovers for £7.99.

Still have MP Optimus Prime, too.
