Smyths have really given up on Transformers now.

Shelf upon shelf upon shelf of 1 step turbo changer dragonstorm, with the odd POTP Starscream and 10th Anniversary Prime. There's more stuff in the Voltron / Power rangers section! No dinobots, no studio apart from the deluxe ratchet, no prime masters.

10th Anniversary movie prime is currently 39.99 but it's not for me.

Forbidden Planet of all places has Inferno £24.99, Slash £12.99
(Rodimus, Optimus £49.99 each Beachcomber, Insecticon, windcharger £12.99) and Studio series leader? Black out and Optimus didnt see the price on them.

Needing a non masterpiece Inferno but passed on it for now.

Just a little nugget, popped into Smyths Luton today and the website says 2 Slags (slug) to click and collect and no Swoop yet on the shelves there are 2 Slags and a Swoop so websites are not accurate in relation to what is actually in stock.

Keep hunting hard folks.

My local Smyths in Northampton have 2 Power of the Primes Infernos in stock. But no sign of Alita 1 or Hun-grrr.

I can't work out their stocking system. Toys listed on the website that never seem to filter through to the stores, toys listed then taken off and now toys appearing on the shelves with no indication on the website they are being sold much less in stock.

Yup, it's a complete mess.

Picked up an Inferno from Milton Keynes Smyths with another left on the shelf alongside Starscream and Grimlock. still nothing but Deluxe studios and Dragonstorm on the rest of the shelves.

Kapows got some restocks and oddities in,

Amazon Exclusive Optimus evolution (Fail of Cybertron prime and TR Orion Pax -which can stand in for crosshairs at a push) £40
https://www.kapowtoys.co.uk/new-arrival ... -pack.html

Baynus Tripple Bumble bee pack £80
https://www.kapowtoys.co.uk/new-arrival ... usive.html

Mobile Phone Infobar Prime £40 (dunno why I am tempted to get one of these!)
https://www.kapowtoys.co.uk/new-arrival ... usive.html

Takara Legends restocks, most notably Windblade £30 though blitzwing and octane (£40 each) never made it in stores here either -TR Octanes £20 on ID toys lat time I checked so not sure if others will justify £20 more for starscreams head and a different paint.

Plus I'm looking forward for the Thundercats figures they have for pre-order that will be complimented with the Mortal Kombat figures I've previously picked up (£6ish forbidden planet).

That's good too. I was just posting the ebay one to save a few extra quid (and really it's as good as new when opened by an adult collector) :P

As long as the toy is in good nick, it doesn't bother me not being brand new

Yeah and often with the way certain toys are packaged (especially with plastic ties and such) I prefer if someone else had to deal with the annoyance instead of me. :P

Kapows just reduced Grand Maximus £140 and Legends Metroplex £160 (and Trypticon £150). Picked up Grand just because it's probably the last chance I'll get at it, hell if I know where hes going to stand tho.

*also watch hasbro wingblade turn up dirt cheap now that I picked up the Legends figure, it's bound to happen, as soon as I spend insta price drops or increased availabilty -which for once I will not complain about as I still want the Hasbro version so Megatron can have his Geisha 1 and Geisha 2 bots with me having no real attachments to the character.

As there's very little difference between the Takara and Hasbro I'm not sure why someone would want to pay such a premium for LG Trypticon especially given that the Hasbro has been cleared out a lot recently for less than half that price.

It'd be nice to pick up another Metroplex as my Hasbro one has been on my shelf display for the past 5 odd years but I'm waiting to see what else they've got in terms of leader and voyager class first.

I.D toys special offer £49.99 for SDCC Bee and cassettes, can't justify it for just the cassettes :( if it was the bug bee then maybe. They've matched Kapow on Grand max too (I want the studio series thundercracker that occasionally pops back in stock there but can never find anything else to take it up to the free postage)

I'm tempted for the gold camaro Bee but i don't want the tapes so maybe if i did buy the set i'd sell those and make me some of my monies back. I've spent too much this week though with the Spider-Man game and such. :O

I've noticed that Hasbro slugslinger can be had on Amazon.com for around $16. Add on the shipping and import fees deposit and it's still quite a reasonable price, I'll let you know how I fare when it turns up in two weeks from the states :D

Not bothered about paying the premium for Takara slugslinger from Kapow. Just a shame that Misfire is $35, way too much.

Ironhide is now in UK stores such as Forbidden Planet and curiously enough FP also has the previously Toys R Us exclusive Thundercracker (still with the Toys R Us sticker on it)
