Megatron is probably more advanced than the TX (TX was created by a society of machines that was rather young, whereas Megatron was created by a society of machines that's millions/billions of years old) and the transformers seem to have similar properties of making their body turn into just about anything. Megs also has a size and strength advantage and I'm sure he has some kind of weapon that's as intense as molten lead so he'd probably destroy TX in just a few shots. The only way I could see TX winning would be if it liquified and seeped into Megatron's internal mechanisms.

Is this serious? Megatron would use the TX for a football ball, or chew it and spit it.

Though I was hoping to draw out some people from the forums who were persistent enough to say "Megatron, but it would be close, because TX is pretty powerful too you know!". Hehe.
