Imagine if the Independence Day franchise ships/aliens met another force of world destruction?

Hmmm.. It does take Unicron a little more time to transform so that could be an advantage if they sent out swarms of smaller craft to attack and weaken him (transformers damaged his body so he is not invulnerable).

Honestly with the speed of their fighters and the sheer numbers I think that the attack vehicles could disable him enough for the ship to position itself and power its primary laser.

Lost of scenarios here though.

Are we talking one ship or a fleet? Unicron may get it with one ship. Then does the mothership get to utilize smaller craft within? Definitely a lot of factors to call this one.

Unicron wins. He's built to annihilate civilisations and entire planets. He's even capable of killing Primus. The ID4 aliens don't have enough power to beat him.
