Galvatron and crew v.s Shockwave and crew

the first three of each were inspired by the possible scripting for a g1 season 4 (never panned out)
Galvatron, Cyclonus, Scourge, and Scorpinok with... 6-8 sweeps against...
Shockwave, Blitzwing, Pretender Starscream, Pretender Thunderwing, Sunstorm, and Sixshot.
Crossing continuities is allowed.
which group will survive to lead the remnant of decepticons?

Shockwave and his Crew. Sixshot and Thunderwing own the sweeps and then take out Galvatron.

Since we are allowed to cross continualities then Galvatron and crew win. Comic Galvatron was virtually unbeatable not even Megatron or Prime were able to defeat him.

Wow, I must think of this battle a lot more. It's really Thunderwing who can tip the balance. If he is the Matrix-powered version, no living con can beat him.

Add to that IDW's planet raizing sixshot and DW's sunstorm and this starts getting a bit one sided.

He got sucked into a rift in space and time, but that would kill pretty much any Transformer, no matter how strong they are.

This is one of those super duper, all-action, mega battles! I imagine that Galvatron, Shockwave and Sixshot would all be in gun mode, blasting away at each other. I've no idea which group is the most powerful. Blitzwing looks positively weak compared to all those heavy hitters. Galvatron's group could easily take it, given that most of them have Unicron upgrades and Scorponok is a Headmaster battle station. However, Thunderwing and Sixshot could swing it the other way.
I throw my hands up in the air and cry 'I don't know!'.
