Normally I'd think transformers, but gundams have those lightsaber-like swords. I JUST DON'T KNOW!!!

Half of the G1 Transformers have energo-swords, and there are the G2 laserswords, so I say Transformers.

Sixshot, God Ginrai, Black Zarak, StarSaber, LeoKaiser and Deszaras will have little problem taking down the Gundams

the TFs
wins so hard.

the gundam may have chance but the win goes to TFs.

Transformers all the way...

Human response time delayed by the cockpits themselves. Unless all the Gundams totally upgrade and develop control-styles similar to the ones in G Gundam, then they definitely won't stand a chance.

Even so it's still a farcry from what Transformers are. The likes of Fort Max, Oppy, Megs, Sixshot, the Dinobots, Unicron, The Last Autobot, and the Fallen are a few examples of TFs more than capable of slaughtering armies of gundams and pilots.

I much prefer characters with more than one dimension, thank you.

EDIT: That's a shot at Transformers.

My vote goes to the mecha who don't spend their whole time crying.

(That's a shot at Gundam.)

You know what that means? BRIGHT SLAP!

Gundam wins this SOOOO hard and easily. Transformers can't aim for shizzles. While we have gundams like Strike freedom that just instantly rapes 20 transformers at a time. Not to mention the combined fleet of the earth federation, Zaft, Zeon and all the 200thousand super weapons they developed in every serie would simply melt the transformer army in an instance

+ The Transformers have Wheeljack!
But I'de say Prime open the Matrix and sends the complete G universe to Hell!
Ore Unicron eats all the colonies and earth.

I actually meant Unicron and Primus.

If they're included, then Gundam gets Ideon. And if Gundam gets Ideon, it's game over.

Ideon makes Primus and Unicron look like Candy-Asses.

Unicron can destroy planets, true, Ideon can destroy entire galaxies in one shot of it's Ideon Gun.

Oh, and Ideon has the ability to reset the Universe.

Here's some info.

It's a Gundam mecha with a name that corrolates to the shorter phrase "I win" and the longer phrase "I pwn all mecha-dom" respectively. Unicron thanks the matrix itself that Primus hadn't spawned anything remotely close to it and cries at night over the fact he hasn't either.

But for more zanny information on Ideon try wiki or google.

edit: or Shadowman's timely reply answers your question just fine. thought i pushed the submit button and not preview

I don't see why gundam would get Ideon though. It only appeared in a crossover and isn't considered canon.

Big deal, Unicron has already done that before.

Anywho, altering existance and whatnot are not going to help against Unicron, he can never truely be destroyed.

No, Unicron did it after millenia of work. Ideon did it in one shot.

And Unicron CAN be destroyed, they just never took out his main CPU. (Notice how they break his eye?)

EDIT: Ideon can't be destroyed, either. It has to be shut down internally, and can be reactivated at any time.

I'd really love to see your source for that one.

Nice bit of continuity there. First you say he "CAN be destroyed", then you say "can't be destroyed either", so what is it?

And here it goes again...

Even if Ideon is supreme; when you put Unicron and Primus together, they too are supreme. So we can take those three out of the battle because infinite power vs infinite power is stupid.

However, Gundams have no way to fight the millions if not billions of transformers much less the original 13, who with just the known ones alone could probably destroy all the gundams single handedly.

The Fallen alone could probably destroy about 1000 gundams before he got bored and left...

If they made a thousand Gundams, sure, why not? (Gundams are rare, Mobiles suits are mass-produced. Gundam is a type of mobile suit)

But I still don't know where you get Billions of transformers from. Seems like a GIGANTIC exaggeration.

Probably because Liege Maximo had a huge-ass empire... and the fact that you have to fill a planet of robots with something, maybe robots.
