Nemesis (Series 1)
Steelhaven (Movie)
Scorpinok (Rebirth or Headmasters version)
Thunder Arrow (Victory)
Deazsaurus Fortress (Victory)

Masterforce didn't have a huge ship, did it?

My money is on the Fortress.

I think i'ld go for the one that transforms into two other modes and even OP thinks has the right to freedom. Of course it didn't stop Ginrai from beating him....

Razorclaw's ship Thanos.

Perhaps I should clarify. Toon ships only (since I never read the comics and know nothing about the Thanos.)
