Hellboy, purely because Van Helsing is a terrible representation of the Van Helsing bloodline.
Also because Hellboy could Crush VH with one hand, as he could anyone ^^

H is a demon. VH is a human. In a straight physical fight, demons win. In a spiritual fight (a battle of wills), humans can win but it's very difficult and they probably need help from angels (who are always available).
