Lesee...
T-Virus: creates a mindless Zombie that cannot move well and is generally pretty easy to kill. But with every 1000 zombies there's at least 1 Tyrant in the T-Virus infection. And we all know how deadly those things are.
Rage: creates violent zombies that vomit blood to infect others. They retain the normal human mobility but are just as fragile. But they only have one focus: to kill. They forget about things like hunger and thirst and die on their own eventually .
DoD: Crazy zombies that can run. Holy crap.
I'd probably go with the T-Virus because not only does it create zombies, it also creates monstrosities like the Tyrant and Nemesis.

Gotta agree there... Rage Zombies and DoD Zombies are totally f***ed in the ass if a Tyrant or Nemesis shows up. Undead bloodbath.
