I personally am gonna say Riker

Riker, definitely

I think Riker is bigger and stronger. Plus, he has the Riker manoeuvre. He can plant his crotch on many strategically important surfaces. However, Sisko is sometimes helped by the Prophets and is quite happy to bring the Romulans into the fight. Sisko is also infuriated by white men, racism and traitors to the Federation. Riker needs a quick victory or else he will face a dangerous, raging Sisko.
