Scorponok, most definently!

Apeface and Snapdragon are both pretty ferocious fighters, and even though Darkwing and Dreadwind are some of my favourites I don't think they will fare too well against them.

Overlord is cool, I had both him and scorponok as a kid, but Scorponok is easily my favourite Decepticon leader.
I root for Scorponoks group ;)

I'm not so sure.

I actually picked this parring because of how close I thought it would be.

Okay so there are 4 vehicles on Overlords team. There are 3 vehicles on Scroponoks team.

Mech forms are 3 on 3 with the size leaning on Scorponoks team.

Scorpinok has held his own with Shockwave in Marvel Comic and would have killed Ultramagnus in IDW verse had he the time to finish the job.

DW paints Scorpinok's team as pretty dangerous and the dreadwing dynamic duo as a nigh perfect pair, but there is no profile for Overlord as he represents the Japanese next Megatron (He fights a Prime toy I think...)

I think apeface and snapdragon can beat dreadwing consistently any were but the air. Overlord and Scorponok would prove very close in mech mode, but potentially one sided in vehicle mode. Sure Overlord's tank can't match the leader headmaster's alt, but with his own air support (thus the Duocon factor) I think the mech with two Powermasters may just pull through. But it's to close for me to call.

No matter which side wins, I'ld really like to see how this fight would play out in a comic.

If Overlord has the third IDW Powermaster partner James Roberts, his team definitely win.

Otherwise, Scorponok's somewhat larger and stronger so he should take it. He has anti-gravity rays to hoist enemies into the air, where they're easier targets.
