Can the main gundams at Wing beat the biggest and baddest in G?

No. Devil [Dark] Gundam schools the other two.

I am assuming the pilots are Herro and Zecks.

It depends on one thing

Whether or not they have already mastered the zero system. If they haven't they wouldn't know who to fight and end up killing each other before dark Gundam even got a chance to. But if they have mastered it them they would most likely win, they would be able to see what dark was going to do before he did it, plus Epeon and Zero strategically speaking do to different things, Zero could keep his distance and fire the buster rifle while Epeon used the biggest beam saber in Gundam Wing universe to slash at him from up close.

The combined forces of Amuro Ray, Kamille Bidan, and Judau Ashta completely annihilate the AC and FC Gundams.

Believe me when I say that I was never a fan of english dubs. Devil is much more sinister

And given the self-regeneration and evolutionary forms, yeah Devil takes this.
