I would not know who would win cuz Ghost rider could do the PENENCE stair.But hellboy could crush Ghost rider.Hmmmm

Not that I'm saying hellboy is bad and I'm not I evean have the director's cut of Hellboy .Oh I see never mind.But it would be pretty cool cuz hellboy heals up fast.

The Penance Stare would work on Hellboy, he'd be reminded of his destiny(to destroy the Earth or whichever)
However, that would most likely just make Hellboy angry. And an angry Hellboy > Ghost Rider

As much as I like Ghost Rider, I'll have to pick Hellboy. Hellboy is basically a cop with lots of experience against demons like GR.
