Superman vs The Fallen

So, it's DC's overpowered boyscout vs the overpowered transformer from hell.

I'm willing to bet that the Fallen is going to send Superman to hell (literally).

Superman would put up one impressive fight but I think eventually The Fallen would win

Superman didn't stay dead after Doomsday got to him, but that doesn't mean he'd win here. The big blue boyscout doesn't go to hell at the hands of the Fallen, he just gets his arse handed to him.

Superman. Look, Fallen is cool and all, but he's not faster than a speeding bullet and all that stuff.

Being faster than a speeding bullet only means he can outrun the Fallen. Another way to spin my reference to the "Death of Superman" arc is that it proves that Kal-El isn't as invincible as he might seem. Superman wouldn't die this time, he'd just lose.

Superman may be more powerful than a locomotive but The Fallen is nigh invincible. Primus had to kill him himself.

Which Superman?

If it's pre-Doomsday Superman. Then Superman wins, easily.

If it's post-Doomsday Supes. Hell, he still wins.

The Fallen is not an end-all-be-all character. He's a robot with a chunk of Unicron's power.

Superman has defeated worse characters.

Superman went to hell a few issues back. He informed the Lords of hell he'd kick their asses, they agreed that he could and made a deal.

Superman can:

Grapple with Blackholes
Take super novas to the face
Fly faster than the speed of light
Altered reality by punching

This isn't a fight it's a horrible masacre.[/quote]

Well, if Superman can defeat Goku, they he can defeat The Fallen.

So can the originals, most notably Vector Prime displayed his abilities here while trying to negate the damage done by Unicron.

Liege Maximo's firepower is said to be greater then a supernova (the Solarcompactor). A supernova seems to be nothing special to the originals.

Big deal, the Fallen can teleport at a moment's notice (as displayed in Dark Ages when he showed up to kick Grimlock's ass).

Wasn't that Superman one million?

Agreed, I pitted Superman against a guy who can only be beaten by a beefed up god.

Unsuccessfully trying to hold back Unicron's attacks equals holding a black hole in your hand? Please a Green Lantern would do a better job than Vector Prime.

No, considering Liege Maximo has never used the weapon in a canon comic and as I remember all he did was destroy a few war worlds with it in Alignment. Wasn’t it described as the power of a miniature sun?

Wasn't that Superman one million?

He punched through time. Current Superman shattered the fabric of his time and space during the Superman tie in to Infinite Crisis.

Big deal, the Fallen can teleport at a moment's notice (as displayed in Dark Ages when he showed up to kick Grimlock's ass).

There's still the fact Superman will only be hit by the Fallen if he wants to. Superman's as fast as he flies. He's dragged people who have Lightspeed level combat reflexes to the sun before they can react.

Agreed, I pitted Superman against a guy who can only be beaten by a beefed up god.

Who did he fight on Superman level? The most powerful Transformer he fought was grimlock. Grimlock's no Superman by any stretch of the imagination

The Fallen will beat Superman.

Superman would have the common sense to punch the fallen during an internal or external monalouge. It's the the key to defeating any Simon Furman character... hit 'em in the ellipsis.

Superman is biologically impossible. The Fallen has fallen and he can't get up. Sanity is the winner.
