Well I personally hope that Bonecrusher will win, but I know that Ironhide's the cannon-master and he'll win of course! But does Bonecrusher has any chances against him?

If BoneCrusher can get in close and unarm him, I'd give it to him. He seems faster and those blades are no joke.
However if IronHide gets a bead on his bot mode, BoneCrusher will be blown to itty bits. His alt mode could probably take a blast or two though, which in turn could get him in close and...

Ironhide will blast all of Bonecrusher's internals to so many tiny bits.

im going with bonecrusher. ironhide never really effectively used his cannons in the movie, other than to help carry him through the air. he had a good opertunity against a stationary brawl, but he didnt really do a whole lot of damage, and moved in for a close range fight. bonecrusher, thanks to his weirdo feet, would be one of the fastest transformers in robot mode, and fairly agile. he is very durable, and incredibly strong.
movie prime took him out very quickly, but bonecrusher was on the back foot nearly from the start. he tackled prime, and then he had a decent fall, while prime landed on his feet, and then he had half his head caved in by the faster prime, and finally prime took cover behind some posts and took him out with a precision move. i dont want to take anything away from prime, but i think in a different environment, bonecrusher would have put up a decent physical fight.
ironhide doesnt really have any precision weapons (that he uses anyway), and bonecrusher could probably absorb a few shots from the cannons while closing the gap to fight hand to hand, and if he manages to make physical contact with ironhide its as good as over. ironhide isnt real fast, or real strong, the only thing he would have over bonecrusher is weaponry, and while it could take down bonecrusher eventually, i dont think it would be in time to stop him reaching ironhide.

I find
UU highly Logical
Ironhide's fight with Brawl shows he wouldn't try a distance game even if its his best bet. Boncrusher actually fighting Prime one on one, after taking the spill, shows he could take a hit or two. the fight will inevitably get up close and personal. I just don't think Ironhide has the sterner stuff to finish this fight on top.

I think that if they go face to face, Bonecrusher will try to get a close distance so he could use his "claws" on his back to slice Ironhide's cannon but Ironhide uses his other cannon to shoot-through-his-torso and damages Bonecrusher's spark. But thee are chances if he could win too

Bonecrusher hates that Ironhide could probably best him with fire power if he kept his distance.
If he managed to dodge most of the full force Bonecrusher could potentially kill him... Unless all Autobots carry an energon sword up their sleeve, he would totally hate that.

To tell the truth, Starscream was the best fighter in the movie, he flew in shot the crap out of Ironhide and Rachet, destroyed some jets then took missles in the back which he just brushed off and turned around destroyed some more. Megatron was down after taking missles to the back, but was able to weaken Optimus. Movie Starscream could probly win against Optimus. Optimus seemed to be a close ranged, unlike his G1 self, who was a more balanced style. Bonecrusher's fall vs another close range fighter gave him a disadvantage from the get go.
Bonecrusher didn't seem to have any long range weapons, which gives mid-range fighting style (Due to the claw). He would need to move in fast, most likly he would be chasing Ironhide, which he could flip in his alt mode, which in a city, Bonecrusher would have the advantage. In a open area Ironhide would lots of space to strafe and shoot and gain more distance from Bonecrusher.
