Manhunters telepathy has been shown to be effective even against the Vision MK1 (see Avengers/JLA 4), but I wonder if he could handle the far more high tech Vision MK2 that leads the Young Avengers. This Vision can replicate all the powers of the orginal and can do more.
Original Vision puts up a good fight but ultimately goes down, Vision MK 2 - 50/50 odds?
