Cylonus and Soundwave.

Blaster and Magnus have more size and fire power, but they don't have the same cut throat sense of battle, plus these 2 decepticons have a sense of honor, so they would probably willing to work together.

Plus the Con tapes beat the Autobot tapes anyday!

Cyclonus would do repeated air attacks. It would be relentless. Soundwave would protect Cyclonus with interference against missiles and other Autobot systems. The Autobots would have to run for cover. They might not make it in time. I feel that Cyclonus would win this. Perhaps tomorrow I'll feel different.
