Terminator: T-100, Model 101

As much as I like him, Robocop is the slower one here.
In my opinion though, I would say that Robo has greater durability though, given that he emerges virtually unscathed from explosions and the like that would maim the terminator

I'm gonna say, Go Robo!

Especially if he has access to the flight pack and arm-mounted weapon from the third movie

Robocop has access to various heavy weapons. Terminator has to steal whatever weapons he can find. Robocop should win this, especially if he acts quickly.
