It all hinges on whether or not Sentry can break Superman's skin with his teeth or nails.

I don't know enough about Sentry to say. I took Doomsday a while to achieve the same feat.

Apparently, in a Newsarama interview with Robert Kirkman (of Marvel Zombies), his original plan was to have Superman be the carrier that originally brought the infection in....

I've heard of Vampire Superman, Superman with an Alien Chestburster inside him, why not Zombie Superman?

First off, both are impossible.

Second off, how does someone so supposedly powerful fail to fight off a virus?! Lame concept.
