and even if you go with the time dilation Quicksilver, he's still the poor man's Reverse Flash/ Dr.Zoom.

Even the low power Kid Flash that temporarily retired while going to college was faster than Magneto's son.

Gotta go with Barry Allen/Wally West, the Flash would outrun Quicksilver with ease!

If Fighting in the Marvel Universe - Quicksilver as the Flash looses his powers due to no Speed Force. Otherwise smart money's on the Flash

already happend in Marvel Vs DC , even after quick silver sucker punched him in the back after flash saved some cilvions, he still got back up and pumpled quick silver

Both these guys are fast enough to go around the world, catch up with themselves and climb up their own asses. They would then explode and leave our universe untroubled with their nonsense in future.
