I think Optimus could just drive over him or step on him.
And TFs also have lightsaber technology (TF's lightsber could probably disinregrate a human in just 1 swipe)

i imagine that optimus prime would win since he is the john wayne of transforming semi trucks(thanks to ign for that quote).besides darth is pretty slow.

Lets be "fair" here. Darth has all sorts of bad-ass force powers at his disposal. It's not really all that fair if Darth could lift Prime with telekinesis. Or mess with him with any other ridiculous force ability. I love Prime, but Darth wins this one in my mind. Now Darth versus some other overly powerful character like say Superman? Darth gets owned.

But how much have we ever seen Darth lift? If Yoda struggled with a few pieces of rubble, I'd doubt Darth could lift 10 tons of extraterrestrial metal.

Nope, Superman would be owned too.
There's no way in hell Darth Vader could even hurt Superman.
Optimus would drop kick vader across the horizon.

OP could use his laser rifle to put a huge, smoking hole through DV. The Sith would try to block with pieces of metal and/or his saber but it wouldn't be enough.
