the monstrous warbot from judge dredd vs the future of law enforcement. the warbot has its built in guns, and robocop has his. the fight takes place in an old abandoned factory, giving robocop an advantage becuase hes smaller, and could possibly make use of his surroundings, but it can spill out onto the streets if need be. who takes it?

I don't know, the ABC Robot was pretty versatile...

The ABC one from the Dredd film was a war droid with no soul. Sure, it could fight but it could only follow its programming. Robocop is a man with a soul and plenty of initiative. As long as he wasn't overpowered while unprepared, Robocop would find a way to win. He beat some ED-209s quite easily and then eliminated Dick Jones. (What a Dick!)
The ABC robot in 2000AD comics (the original robot) was much more versatile because he had something approaching a soul. His name was Hammerstein and he had a lot of war-type adventures with his group the ABC Warriors. He had access to a great deal of extra weaponry. If he was fighting Robocop, he'd win because he's more advanced. He could override Robocop's programming so there wouldn't have to be a physical fight. If Robocop managed to resist that, he'd be blown to pieces by Hammerstein's heavy guns, missiles, etc.
