Who would win in a no-holds-barred fight between rivals Homer Simpson and Peter Griffin?

I'm gonna say Homer.

He fought Bart's "Big Brother" in one of the episodes and that was pretty cool.

And he also fought George Bush.

Not to mention that time when he wrestled a dolphin when it snatched his hotdog. lol

Peter Griffin. Who else could have such FREAKIN' SWEET fights with a giant mutated Chicken?

I'd say Peter.

I would say:

Homer. He's the original-- not a plagiarized doppleganger.

He's capable of taking thousands of blows to the head before going down, can go into a hulk-like rage when he gets angry enough, has fought grizzlies, battled Tony Hawk in a gravity-defying deathmatch, derailed entire government conspiracies, saved his town on multiple occasions... and as well is smarter. He's done more things than most can count.

And you say Peter's fought a chicken... bah!

Wrong. Homer is a clone of Fred Flintstone.

But I too think he has what it takes to win. Don't forget he fought Mike Tyson and lived.

peter has been koed too many times to win. in one ep when he decides to narrate his own life she knocks him clean out for what appears to be an entire day, with one punch. homer has completely ignored shots with pool cues, hes fallen off a cliff twice been dropped directly on his head a number of times, and he had that awesome fight with barts big brother. he was only beaten in the end when he fell backwards on a fire hydrant.

peters tough, but the best hes done is take on a chicken man, who seems to have no super human abilities. he just doesnt match up. they can both deal a fair bit of damage, but homer seems to be able to absorb far more.

Well, he copied Flinstones in that he was part of the standard family setup in a cartoon setting, which haden't been done since then. However, the Simpsons really had no odd twists to them besides the artistry, and at least started as a normal family.

They did this on Family Guy. After a lot of extreme fighting, they both survived due to impenetrable plot armour.
