He didn't lose to the human, he over powered from the Allspark. Movie Megatron is the superior force, He could take Prime like he did Jazz

mmm only if Prime pulled his spinny hacker thing he did in the G1 movie

g1 prime. going by feats hes in another class in terms of strength. he lifted an oil tanker over his head and threw it at megatron in one ep (a plague of insecticons i think), did the same with a massive boulder in another one (heavy metal war). hes also alot more durable it seems, even surviving being shot by laserbeak in the open chest while being repaired by ratchet.

movie megatron hasnt really had the opportunity to throw around oil tankers so its impossible to say that he flat out couldnt, but he seemed to be using a fair bit of his power when he was throwing prime around, and as impressive as it was, prime doesnt weigh as much as a tanker.

movie megatron is all blunt power, but g1 prime outclasses him leaving him with nowhere to go. hes probably faster in his alt mode than prime, but his gun seems weaker than g1 megatrons, and he just doesnt have the strength to compete in a head to head fight, which is pretty much his specialty.

Hardto tell.............Megatron didnt show aything much of skill, srength, or speed in the movie.........Only some Agility...............Si knowing G1 prime, I think he is mroe than able to incinerate Movie Megs.

Plus G1 Prime can take a serious beating and keep going. Like in More Than Meets the Eye Pt 3 he falls from what I would estimate to be at least the stratosphere and lands in the dirt face first, then gets up and tells everyone he's fine. Movie Megs would have to dish out alot of damage to break that armour.

and Bay Prime can beat 80s Toon Prime
(and i'm not saying he can but...)
Then Bay Megs can beat 80s Toon Prime

I personally see Bay Megs like 80s toon Jetfire with more maneuverability and combative prowess; They're both allergic to ice cubes Still can this Megs really take a good hit from 80s toon Prime

I'm thinking no.

Side note: I think Bay Megs would give G1 Comic seekers a hell of a dog fight.

Movie Prime was a bigger truck. G1 Prime is a flat-front truck. Movie Megatron should win. HOWEVER, G1 Powermaster Prime would beat Movie Megs due to size and lotsa big guns. And some guy lodged in his belly.
