Iron man goes and attacks the pred.
The Pred then kills Iron Man with one swift shot of his plasma cannon.

I doubt if it be that easy.....Well I think it be Iron Man who could destroy the Predator, he has more gadgets in his suit....

Iron Man uses his extremis powers to shut off all the predators equipment. Then the beating begins...
Besides that there's no wo a predators plasma cannon could hurt Iron man. He's taken blows from the hulk and blasts fro the living laser.

Well the Predator would only fight Iron Man in a hand-to-hand fight. Which would probably means he'd stalk Tony till he gets him without his armor.
If thats the case, the PRedator would slaughter Tony, unless he gets to his armor in time.

But all his equipment has been shut down...
If thats the case, the PRedator would slaughter Tony, unless he gets to his armor in time.
With his extremis upgrade Tony is merged with his armour. Even without the upper layers he still has above human strength, speed, senses and a healing factor.
Also how is Predator going to get to him? Stark is the director of shield. The predator isn't getting into their heli carrier.

Ya then some how some way the Pred Stands up out of the soot and debris.The pred man plays a recording (PREDATOR PLAY BACK)"In this jungle I'm the ultimate(sp?)Predator".(In the PREDATOR CONCRETE JUNGLE game he maneges to do this).Sorry could not resist.

Iron Man has this. The Predator bit off way more than he can chew.
This is the equivalent of you versus a bear in hand-to-hand combat. You're out-classed in just about every way imaginable.

This battle may depend on who's avare of the other earlier, but if this is a simple 1-on-1 battle in an arena, I say Iron Man. The Predator has no armor to deflect shots.

Predators have more advanced tech so they should win. Tony gets shut down.
