Nope. Avalon can only be bypassed on the fifth dimension, Lighthawk Wings are still limited to the third dimension and thus would not be able to bypass Avalon. Furthermore, the Lighthawk Wings could be eliminated with enough strength, but that also depends on how MANY Lighthawk Wings there are.

Tenchi's Lighthawk Wings = Excalibur alone could break through (since it has the destructive strength to cleave an entire planet in two).

Tsunami's Lighthawk Wings = This would be a problem. The only conceivable way I think Saber could break through Tsunami's Lighthawk Wings is for her to be in Black Saber mode with Black Sakura constantly charging more mana into her while performing Sword of Promised Victory. Even then, I dunno if it'd work.
