Let's see, Pee Wee's on acid and has a crackhouse full of living things which would tear his opponents limb from limb. Steve need 30 minutes to figure out what the hell his cartoon dog wants to do.

Pee-Wee has a much higher awesomeness factor than Steve. Add in the fact that Steve needs an audience of preschoolers to tell him what to do, and you end up with a one-sided slaughterfest where Pee-Wee emerges as a victor.
