As shown in his Spotlight, Sixshot annihilates planets/cultures for a living. Ben is just kid with super skitzo powers.

(transmission over the radio) Sixshot, this is Scorponok. Little kid with skitzo powers have issued you an chalenge. Transform for a Kill. Your capabilites are adequate to obliterate that little human worm.

Ben Ten can't change from alien to alien once he has morphed into one of his aliens. And, he can only stay as an alien for about 5-10 minutes. After that, the omnitrix needs to recharge, which takes about another 5-10 minutes.

Sixhot, on the other hand, can go from mode to mode very quickly. He is also much larger. Unless Ben Ten is able to defeat him very quickly, Ben's powers are useless.

Sixshot wins!

I already Said a fully functional omnitrix that alows him to change on a whim.

Still, Six shot wins....

Sixshot disarms and molests Ben because he's evil. Ben is found decades later and identified by DNA traces.
