Terminator vs Necron

A standard Necron soldier vs a T-800. Both are unarmed in this battle.
My money is on the Necron, it can reasemble itself after getting trashed.

Since no other Necrons are in the vicinity, the regeneration capability is mute. I'll give this to the terminator, since they seem to be way more functional as an independent unit than the Necrons.
