Battle takes place in an abandoned city, we'll say Atlanta.

-For evenness, the Doctorcannot time travel with the Tardis, nor teleport with it during the battle, he can however fly it around the city the old fashioned way.

-All combatants begin at seperate areas away from each other.

-No other people/organizations/external forces can interfere in the battle.

-Master Chief gets the battle rifle

-Jack O'Neill gets grenades and two P90's with rounds, and 9mm.

-Admiral Adama gets same armament as Jack.

-Optimus is the movie version.

I'd say it comes down to the Doctor and Prime. And it could go either way: The Doctor could effectively shut down Prime with his Sonic Screwdriver, and Prime could force the Doctor to waste his remaining Regenerations.

In that situation, I'd say the Doctor has a better chance. If he can pilot the TARDIS close enough to Prime's head, he could shut off Prime's CPU with his Sonic Screwdriver.

Dr. Who is bigger on the inside. He would suck all the others into his arsehole, where they would be destroyed. Dr. Who wins.

Whatever happens, Master Chef, O'Neill and Adama will die in seconds.

The critical factor is technological advancement: can OP hack the Tardis or vice versa? If the Tardis is blocked from time travel, it must be seriously compromised. That gives OP a potential entry point. I think that OP can do it, since he sometimes commands and controls star ships with F.T.L. drives, which are somewhat similar to the Tardis. I think that OP can force Dr. Who out of the Tardis and then vaporise him so he can never regenerate.
