What fictional swordsmen can defeat Samurai Jack one on one in a sword fight; no restrictions, except no planet busting fighters who would rape Jack solely because they are uber.
This is a sword fight. Any regeneration abilities, h4x powers, or magical energy blasts are banned.

Anakin Skywalker, just before his immolation. This is obvious.
Kenpachi Zaraki from Bleach. He can survive multiple sword wounds without flinching.
Vash from Trigun, if you count the Angel Arm as a Gun rather than an energy blast. Also, he has a gun.
Anyone from Final Fantasy 7 or 8.
And any MegaMan who's name doesn't end in ".EXE".

Afro Samurai or
Kenshin could convincingly do it.

im not sure if anakin could. he has the speed and skill, but he might be too reckless, given jacks ability to remain calm, and his extreme skill he could capitalise on any mistake, or lead anakin into a trap. anakin was a better duelist than obi wan, but still lost becuase he was too arrogant and hot headed. same deal here.
yoda possibly could though, centuries of experience, very skilled, very fast and hes a small target. dooku might have a chance. i dont think many others could take on jack though.

Drizzt Do'Urden could take Jack in a fight.
Artemis Entreri is another I think could beat Jack.
Both are from the R.A. Salvatore Forgotten Realms novels.

One parry and Jack doesn't have a sword anymore. That's how Lightsabers work.

Jubei (Ninja Scroll) could do it.

You know Saber is just a fancy word for Sword, right?
EDIT: Also, in Episode I, Anakin referred to Qui-Gon's Lightsaber as his "Laser Sword." Count Dooku also referred to them as "Swords," in Episode III.

Yeah, pretty much any jedi or sith out there probably.
I also think Dinobot could cause, he's Dinobot and Dinobot can do whatever Dinobot wants. Dinobot wins. Dinobot. Dinobot.

magical swords that deflect magic and lasers wouldn't melt against a lightsaber.
I'm pretty sure even in starwars there is some red material that deflects light sabers too. (not that big of a SW guy but i think it start with a "C")
Also the spirit and intent of this versus is clearly a test of Jacksword fighting skill against another's sword fighting skills.

Winning a sword fight on the grounds of having an uber sword that nerfs all others is kind weak.
Dinobot and Jubei(Ninja Scroll) would be an interesting fight though...

From OVA and universe versions of Tenchi: Tenchi, Katsuhito, and Kagato could probably take them.

I agree with Axiom Scion that Samurai Jack's sword might deflect a lightsaber. It'd just be more fair if it did. And yes, in Star Wars there are several lightsaber-resistant minerals such as cortosis. But I still think many Jedi or Sith could take the samurai. As for Dinobot....Dinobot.....DInobot......Dinobot wins.

I'm pretty sure Zaraki wouldn't survive a bisection.

Dude, he had his entire torso cut open, and he kept fighting like it was a papercut.

in reference to me saying yoda and dooku i assumed that for this fight a saber doesnt damage jacks sword, otherwise its not really a sword fight, just someone cutting through someones sword with a lightsaber and killing them.

Has he ever been cut clean in two? Because that's what Jack would do to him.

I doubt it. Ichigo had enhanced strength when he fought Zaraki (More than Jack has ever shown, anyway), and for a while, he couldn't even cut him when he hit him. Ichigo needed ANOTHER boost to be able to do damage when he hit Zaraki.
Never mind the fact that Zaraki is hideously fast and strong.

Yea because you remember how Ichigo had all those feats of deflecting futuristic machinegun fire, cutting steel with a bamboo stick, surviving re-entry, jumping with huge stones strapped to his back, and whatnot, me neither. Though I do remember him struggling to pull his sword out of a wall and needing the help of a giant to lift a wooden door. Jack would rapestomp Kenpachi.

You don't? Hm. Maybe it was around the time he had a chain strapped to his
very soul that you forgot.

Maybe my eyes are bad but I don't see Ichigo bullet-timing, surviving re-entry or breaking steel in any of those videos, and scans from the actual manga are favorable over the filler ridden and non-canon anime.
